I could not be more excited about this. After the disaster that happened with the Oil Cleansing Method, I was desperate to find something that not only would clear up the mess the oil made but also worked for everyday use. I am so thrilled to tell you guys that I finally found the perfect routine! I highly recommend you give it a try if you're looking for a more natural skin regimen! Here is what I use:
1.) Raw Wildflower Honey
I literally just get my hands damp & massage the honey onto my skin like normal face cleanser. Sometimes I let it sit on there for a couple minutes & then wash it off with warm water. So easy & so cheap!
2.) Apple Cider Vinegar
With this, I get a cotton square damp with water & then use it as a toner, so I just rub the cotton square all over my face!
3.) Baking Soda
Once or twice a week (max) I mix a little bit of baking soda in with my honey & exfoliate with it. It feels amazing & your skin feels so smooth/soft after!
4.) Cinnamon & Nutmeg

I mix a teaspoon of cinnamon & nutmeg with enough honey to make a paste & then use this as a mask a couple times a week. I leave it on for about 30 minutes but if you have super sensitive skin, you can wash it off sooner! This is also an exfoliant so be careful with it & don't use it too often. I love this because the nutmeg helps to relieve the appearance of blemishes & acne scars!
