Seriously, it doesn't even have to be food! Just the smell of it alone makes me happy! I know, I'm sure you don't want to hear about my cake batter obsession anymore since I've ranted enough about it on this blog. But come on guys, who doesn't love cake batter!? No one. & if you dare say that you don't like cake batter, I'll... Well, let's just say we probably can't be friends anymore. We clearly don't have anything in common! These bad boys are deeelicious & anyone would be crazy not to make them. Super easy & super tasty. Who can resist? Obviously I couldn't!
Golden Oreo Cake Batter Blondies

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
1/3 -1/2 cup milk (you want it pretty dense)
1/2 cup sprinkles
1.5 cups chopped Golden Oreos (reserve a handful to sprinkle on top)
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.) Combine cake mix, oil & egg in a bowl.3.) Gradually add milk because you want the batter to be as thick as possible.
4.) Fold in the sprinkles & chopped Oreos.
5.) Pour into 8 x 8 baking pan, sprinkle a few more sprinkles + crushed Oreos on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are just turning brown. DO NOT OVER COOK!!!
6.) Allow to cool until the center sets before cutting.
